Amy Roma attended Saint Anselm College and received her Bachelor of Art in Philosophy in 2000. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Suffolk University Law School in 2003.

Amy is currently an associate at Hogan & Hartson, LLP in Washington, DC, where she specializes in nuclear issues. She is involved in new plant construction, regulatory compliance, and spent fuel management, among other things. Amy began her legal career as a law clerk at the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board at the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission before moving to the law firm of Winston & Strawn, LLP where she worked on the first NRC licensing proceeding for a commercial uranium enrichment facility.

Amy resides in Washington, DC where she enjoys competing in marathons and volunteering at The Arc of Montgomery County, a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for individuals with cognitive disabilities.
