Amy Meinke

Amy Meinke graduated from the University of Nebraska where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
She began working in the nuclear power industry in 2005 at Cooper Nuclear Station (CNS), which is owned by Nebraska Public Power District. She is the engineer for CNS’ chemistry department, where her main role is to diligently maintain key chemistry parameters in the reactor and other plant systems.
Amy resides in Auburn, Nebraska. Interests include camping and traveling, and she has also recently taken up golf. Amy is involved in the “Dream It. Do It.” mentoring campaign.
